| The 'Captain America' set in The Northern Quarter |
If you live in the great city of Manchester you're sure to have heard about the Hollywood blockbuster that is currently being filmed in our town centre.
The aptly chosen location is the retro epicentre of Manc land, 'The Northern Quarter'. Brimming with mounds of personality, the production team obviously thought it was a perfect location to film two weeks of their action/adventure classic, Captain America!
I know a few people who either live or work in the vicinity of the actual set and their apartments and office blocks have been externally modified to blend with the pretence of 1940's New York...errrr W-O-W!
It's not every day that you see Samuel L. Jackson and Tommy Lee Jones out of the window at work! :o)
Can't wait to see the final cut for a glimpse of our Northern town in action!
